The implant course that grows your dental practice
Over eight months, you will learn sound scientific principles to deliver safe and predictable implant options to your patients. We will also train your team to identify proper candidates, then treatment plan cases to be executed during the surgical weekends under the direct supervision of skilled mentors. We will also empower you to start solo cases during the continuum, so your practice ramps up implant production and hits the ground running upon graduation.
We know it takes a team to offer dental implant treatments successfully
This is why we will partner with your office manager and lead dental assistant to ensure the whole practice will be ready to embrace this new treatment modality. Finding suitable candidates and presenting accurate treatment options with correct coding and fees is vital for the budding implant practice. We will assign separate lecture content to your lead DA and office manager so they can best support you and train the rest of the team.
Your lead DA will accompany you during the surgical weekends for some live instruction and to assit you in delivering treatment, while your office manager will receive remote instructions only. They are given detailed descriptions of their responsibilities that they will discuss with you at their first check-in.

The program
A private, community
focused masterclass
A flipped classroom model with a mix of live DocTalks, recorded lecture, and live patient surgical weekends that ensures there’s a good mix of peer discussion and hands-on learning.
DocTalks
You will attend a total of 9 DocTalks during the continuum, three before each surgical weekend. These 2 hour interactive Thursday evening sessions serve to bring doctors together virtually for discussion of the topics presented. We will look at real cases and review treatment plans for your live surgical weekend patients. Your mentor will be in attendance as well, but this is not the only time you will interface with your mentors.
Live Surgical Weekends
We will gather on Friday evenings for a social mixer followed by a short live lecture, demo and model surgery. Live patient care will be provided Saturday and Sunday with morning huddle at 7AM and patient care promptly starting at 8AM with an estimated conclusion at 5PM.

Reading
There is one mandatory book for this continuum, a classic read: Misch’s Contemporary Implant Dentistry and you have likely already seen it or or read at least parts of it. It is now available in the 4th edition, which is what this course will reference. A schedule is provided for the assigned reading relevant for each topic presented.

You and your lead assistant will only need to travel for 3 live patient surgery weekends to our training center. All didactic materials and lectures are done virtually. Our training center is located at 19153 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Lutz FL 33548.
The student doctor brings their own motor, surgical kit, and all surgical instruments. Fullarchsuccess provides all consumables; the graft materials, and disposables for proper infection control. Sterilization options are provided on site.
AGD members CE will automatically be posted after each lecture. We will also provide a “Verification of Participation” document to certify the completion of the course. If you have any questions about your CE credits, please email us at [email protected].
